In the Appalachian region, Tulip Poplar bark is the most commonly used material to create containers for berries and other foraged plants.
In this class, we will be creating a functional, beautiful basket, beginning with peeling the bark from the tree.
This class is suitable for mature teens as well when accompanied by an adult.
A wonderful lunch will be provided.
