Please join us and Angie Stegall as she introduces you to the practice of Forest Bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku in Japanese.
It involves spending time in the forest and engaging all the senses.
This is not a strenuous activity and is perfect for seniors, kids and teens as well as adults.
All kids however, must accompany an adult.
