The 5k Race starts at 10:00 am with the One Mile Walk/Run beginning at 10:15 am. Entry fees for the
race are $25 for everyone over 18 years old. The fastest male and female runners win a beautiful locally
grown Fraser Fir Christmas tree or wreath! All participants are encouraged to wear fun holiday or wacky
warm clothes! All proceeds from this event will be used in Ashe County, NC to assist children and families and aid the
visually impaired with eye exams and eyeglasses.
