Horse Hugs is a non-profit, all volunteer group that uses miniature horses to visit patients in hospitals, nursing homes and hospices. We also rescue abused and abandoned horses. We never charge a fee.

The Ashe County Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit voluntary membership association that serves as the unified voice for nearly 500 member businesses, individuals, and non-profits in and around the High Country.
