Ashe County Little Theatre Presents Matilda the Musical August 25-28 at the Ashe Civic Center Thursday-Saturday 7:30pm and Sunday 2:00pm. Adult tickets are $17.50 and students tickets are $5.00. A $2.50 fee will be added at checkout for taxes and fees. Matilda the musical is based on the 1988 children's novel by Roald Dahl. It was adapted by Dennis Kelly, with music and lyrics by Tim Minchin. A very smart and resourceful young girl overcomes difficult circumstances to find her happy ending.
