Bikes and bikers will be on our Ashe County roads again! The Blue Ridge Brutal bike ride is set to begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2019 and will continue throughout the day until late in the afternoon. The “Brutal” is one of the premiere mountain rides in this area. It offers three options of a 56-mile, 72-mile, or a 102-mile ride. The event is a fundraiser for the Ashe Civic Center.
